Return and Refund Policy - Clay Clay

At Clay Clay, we're all about spreading joy through the art of pottery painting! If you find yourself with a piece that doesn't quite spark the joy you anticipated, fret not - we've got you covered with our return and refund policy.

1. The Artistic Adventure:

  • Each piece you paint at Clay Clay is a unique adventure, and we understand that sometimes adventures take unexpected turns.

2. Your Masterpiece, Your Keep:

  • Your finished pottery piece is as unique as your creativity. Once you've completed your masterpiece, it's yours to cherish forever. We don't take back masterpieces!

3. A Splash of Color Guarantee:

  • If, by any chance, there's an issue with the materials or our end of the creative process, let us know. We're committed to ensuring your experience is a vibrant one, and we'll make it right.

4. Breakage Blues:

  • Accidents happen, and if your piece faces an unfortunate breakage on its journey home, we're truly sorry. Unfortunately, we can't replace the sentimental value, but we'll gladly assist if the breakage occurs before you leave our studio.

5. Mishaps:

  • If your masterpiece is damaged during the firing process, we will gladly compensate you depending on the severity of the damage. We do not provide refunds as sessions did happen.

5. Your Happiness Matters:

  • If for any reason you're not over the moon with your experience, talk to our cheerful staff during your visit. We're here to add a pop of joy to your pottery journey.

6. Booking Brilliance:

  • For workshop reservations, we're as flexible as wet clay. You are allowed to reschedule up to 24 hours before your session.
  • Cancel at least 48 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours to your session will not be entitled to a refund.
